The project is situated in the heart of the Inner Harbor East Development on the waterfront. Century Engineering completed the design and relocation of President Street from Katyn Circle to Lancaster Street and sidewalk and streetscape improvements for Aliceanna, Exeter and Lancaster Streets. The project included closed system drainage design, traffic control, utility design for sewer main, water and lighting conduit. Lighting design also included conduit layout and relocation of existing Inner Harbor type lighting.

The design includes new concrete sidewalks with brick banding, lighting, brickpaving at the building entries, street trees and grates, and brick handicap ramps.
- Prepared electrical duct bank design, sewer and water engineering for relocation and extensive storm drain modifications.
- Structural design for new electrical utility manhole to satisfy HS25 loading.
- ADA sidewalk ramps, “bump-outs” to create protected on-street parking and to reduce pedestrian and traffic conflict times.
