This project involved the design and preparation of construction drawings for grading and sediment control as well as boundary and topographic surveys for the resubdivision of approximately 47 acres.

• Preparing and recording records, easement plats and legal descriptions.
• Performing construction stakeout for all site utilities, building, paving, curb, gutter, and the PHH building.
• Performing as-built surveys for stormwater management facilities.
