Medical Insurance
All full-time employees are eligible to enroll in Century's medical insurance plan. Coverage becomes effective on the first of the month following one complete month of employment. The coverage provides both in-network and out-of-network coverage for the employee and family members. This program is tailored to the office location with the cost of coverage being shared between Century and the employee. The premiums are payroll deducted on a pre-tax basis.

Dental Insurance
All full-time employees are eligible to enroll in Century's dental insurance plan. Coverage becomes effective on the first of the month following one complete month of employment. The coverage provides for services rendered by any dentist for the employee and family members. This program is tailored to the office location with the cost of coverage being shared between Century and the employee. The premiums are payroll deducted on a pre-tax basis.

Life Insurance
Century provides Life Insurance benefits to all full-time employees at no cost to the employee. Coverage is one times the annual salary to a maximum benefit of $50,000.

Supplemental Life Insurance
Life insurance in addition to the benefit provided by Century is available up to $200,000 (upon acceptance) or three times the annual salary (guaranteed). The cost of this optional coverage is completely absorbed by the employee.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
Century provides Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance benefits to all full-time employees at no cost to the employee. Coverage is one times the annual salary to a maximum benefit of $50,000.

Short Term Disability Insurance
Short Term Disability insurance covers absences from work caused by an injury or illness occurring outside of work. This plan pays 66% of the employee’s monthly base salary subject to a maximum of $1,000 per week after a 31-day waiting period has been satisfied. Earnings are retroactively paid from the eleventh working day of disability. The cost of this coverage is entirely covered by the company.

Long Term Disability Insurance
Long Term Disability insurance covers absences from work caused by an injury or illness occurring outside of work. This plan pays 60% of the employee’s monthly base salary subject to a maximum of $6,000 per month after a 91-day waiting period has been satisfied. The cost of this coverage is entirely covered by the company.

Flexible Spending 125 Cafeteria Plan
This enables the employee to claim estimated medical and child care expenses tax free for the calendar year.

401 (k) Plan
Century maintains an optional retirement program known as the Section 401(k) Plan. Under this plan all employees who have completed three months of continuous employment may request to have pre-tax deductions taken from their pay. Century offers an employer contribution based on company performance and as determined by the 401(k) discrimination test, not to exceed federal limitations.

Education Assistance
Century encourages employees to continue their education. Financial assistance is provided for regular full-time employees who wish to further their education and who have completed twelve months of service, where the course is required by the company as a condition of employment. Each course must be work-related and taken at an approved educational institution. Tuition and related fees are reimbursed at 75%. For state required Continuing Professional Education Units (CEU's), Century will reimburse 100% of the minimum annual CEU's required.

Professional Development
Century urges all professional staff to obtain registration as soon as qualified. Century will pay for one review course, one application fee, and one exam fee. Additionally, Century pays for all registration renewals required by the Company or State.

Professional and Technical Societies
Engineering and technical staff members are encouraged to participate as active members of technical societies and professional organizations. Century will pay registration fees for employees who wish to actively participate in up to two (2) such organizations that benefit the Company. Additional memberships will be paid upon approval.

Civic Organizations
Membership in civic organizations, service clubs and luncheon clubs may be encouraged if it is felt that the Company will benefit from the employee's participation in the civic group. In certain circumstances, expenses involved with civic activity may be reimbursed.

Century believes that everyone should strive to become an expert in an area of their choice, whether technical or management. Toward that end, Century has a high energy training program which includes project management, leadership and team building, management development skills and computer-related training.

Holidays
Century provides paid time off to all regular employees on the following holidays:
