Century Engineering prepared conceptual plans for a 70,000 square foot retail and five freestanding restaurant pads expansion to the existing mall in order to create an outdoor oriented “Lifestyle” shopping experience. The 115-acre site was analyzed for the location and orientation that would best serve the mall. The expansion included revised mall vehicular circulation, grading, utilities and landscaping. The layout created a streetscape along the front of the proposed stores and a pedestrian and visual link between the mall entrance and restaurant pads. The plan was prepared and approved by the public and county review agencies.
