Century has an immediate opening for a key individual capable of managing a diverse staff of mechanical engineers and designers while expanding the company’s marketing reach in the Mid-Atlantic region.  Candidates must demonstrate progressive experience in both design and management over a minimum period of 15 years with similar consulting engineering firms providing facility design for all types of commercial, institutional, and multi-family housing type projects.   In addition to technical design, responsibilities will include mentoring and general oversight of the mechanical staff, managing the quality of mechanical work products and the financial management and profitability of mechanical projects.  This position provides opportunities to showcase your marketing, proposal preparation, and presentation skills in support of Century’s Business Development Department.  Registration by test as a Professional Engineer in the state of Maryland and the ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance are required.
